Welcome to Flexblock!

RFLEXM, llc provides a web based application for schools to manage a flexible scheduling block, or "Flex Block." Key features of RFLEXM's web based application include: Scheduling of teacher PLC meetings, intervention/enrichment sessions, study halls and group/club meetings or any special event the school chooses to offer or require, and attendance recording. Students can be offered events to choose from, and faculty can schedule students to come for extra tutoring, or make up missed instruction etc. Administrator inputs include: teacher duty assignments (to PLC, IE, Study Hall or special events), special event scheuling, and daily teacher substitute coverage. Teacher inputs include selection of students for intervention/enrichment, attendance taking and proposals for club meetings/special events. Student inputs include: requests for intervention/enrichment and club meetings/special events. With these inputs and other settings such as characterists or your school's schedule, offsite programs, school-within-a-school, etc. the system is used to generate a unique schedule fro all students each day for the designeted "flex block" period. Assignments will appear in each teacher's app to be shown to students during the period before the flex block, and are available to each student in their app as soon as published by admin for that day.
